Repairs and Tech Work

- We offer tech and repair services for $60/hr. We will give an estimated time to completion when the customer drops off the product. These estimates are NOT guarantees, and we will reach out to the customer if we expect to go over the originally estimated time.

- Common tech work and times include (These are common costs, and cannot be guaranteed at the time of service)

- Hop-Up change ~20-30 minutes

- Battery connector change (tamiya to deans) ~5-10 minutes

- Spring change (M4 Non-quick change) ~40 minutes

- Polarstar engine installation ~100 minutes

- Gearbox diagnosis (V2, V3) ~ 60 minutes

- Gearbox shimming ~ 120 minutes

- Airsoft Assault reserves the right to refuse tech service on all queries

- All repair work comes with a 90-day limited warranty. This warranty is subject to all standard warranty terms (IE exchanges, customer abuse, etc)

- After a customer is notified of a completed repair, they will have 30 days to pay their balance in full. If the balance is not paid in full, and a plan is not setup with Airsoft Assault, the customer forfeits ownership of all products held by Airsoft Assault. (Don't leave your stuff here for months, or we're keeping it. We will do everything in our power to ensure this does not happen to you. Please work with us and we will do what we can to work with your payment/availability schedule)
