Refunds and Warranty

- Airsoft Assault will only accept returns if the product is in brand new condition with all materials kept in box (IE: Manuals, cleaning rods, clamshell packaging unopened, etc.) Shipping cost of the product and return shipping will not be covered

- Depending on the situation and the condition of the product, Airsoft Assault may accept a return of an opened product with a %20 restocking fee. Final say will always fall on management and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis

- If it is deemed a user has mishandled/abused the product, we reserve the right to refuse repair/exchange/refund of said product. Final say will fall on management and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis

- We do not guarantee perfect finish on products. We carry what the manufacturer offers us. It may be possible for us to test/inspect products upon customer request

-  All photos on our website are for reference only and may not always perfectly reflect the actual product. Both the packaging and actual product may differ slightly from the reference photo. If there are any major differences, we will do our best to make note of it in the product's description

- We cannot guarantee that the original packaging/boxing of a product will be undented/undamaged. We can only guarantee that the product housed inside is in new and working condition

- All items marked "Junk," "Boneyard," or "clearance," are final sale only. There is absolutely no warranty period for these items. Please inquire with Drew@airsoftassault.ca if you have any questions regarding the condition of these items

- All batteries, BBs, grenades, gas, and other consumables are final sale only. Due to the nature of the electronics, all batteries and chargers carry no warranty outside any specified manufacturer's warranty

- All airsoft guns are FINAL sale. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on new and working guns

- All airsoft guns carry a 7 day limited warranty through Airsoft Assault since the gun was purchased from our store, or received by parcel by the customer. We strongly encourage customers to test out their products within 48 hours of receiving the item, and reaching out with any questions/issues as soon as possible. We only accept exchange for out-of-the-box defective airsoft gun products as long as a replacement of the same product is available. We can only provide a refund if a replacement cannot be provided. Please kindly give us up to 3 business days for a proper response.

-  Any sort of modifications done to the airsoft gun (during the warranty period) internally or externally would automatically void our warranty service. For example, painting your gun, upgrading the internals, or modifying the battery connectors to deans or vice versa with Tamiya connectors and ultimately frying your gun. 

- Do not attempt to diagnose or repair an airsoft gun if you are faced with an issue/error from the airsoft gun itself. Stop all activity and use of the gun, and report the incident in detail to Drew@airsoftassault.ca. Depending on situation and the severity of the matter, we will provide diagnosis and instructions on the issue and/or provide approval for the airsoft gun to be sent back for repair or exchange.

- If the airsoft gun has been deemed defective and is under warranty, the customer must send it back in the original factory packaging with all original parts and manuals. If shipping the item, it must be wrapped in completely opaque wrapping paper or a garbage bag. The cost of postage will be given to the customer in store credit which can be used to purchase any items from Airsoft Assault

- If our techs deem the airsoft gun is not defective, in working order, or has been abused by the customer, all postage and repairs must be paid for by the customer. "Customer abuse" can happen if a customer takes apart, tinkers, upgrades, or repairs their airsoft gun within the warranty period, messes up, and sends it back to Airsoft Assault under false pretenses of manufacturer defect. Physical abuse can also void any warranty such as painting, mishandling, dropping the gun, using low-quality ammunition, or using an improper battery. Our techs have been doing this for a while, we can tell when you took your gun apart. Treat our team with respect and honesty and we will return the favor.

- We do not guarantee fitment/placement of scopes, grips, sights, etc. Please do your research beforehand or ask us if you are still unsure

- There are no returns on BDUs, shirts, pants, goggles, masks, helmets, or other clothing for sanitary reasons. We cannot guarantee fitment of these items. Please do your research or ask our staff beforehand if you are still unsure.
